Mason Moor Primary School are excited to announce they are looking to appoint a new School Business Manager.

Previous experience in an educational environment is an advantage, but not essential, as we are happy to appoint and train a highly motivated, organised, and innovative individual with the relevant skills. You will bring passion, experience and confidence and play a key strategic role in the school’s continuing journey. Working closely with the School Operations Manager and Executive Head Teacher, you will have a strategic overview of the business of our school and support all aspects of the school's administration function, management of ICT resources, premises, health & safety, human resources management, finance, and oversight of contracts such as catering and ground maintenance. The post-holder will promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and ensure the most effective use of resources.

EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

The early years are the foundation stone to life-long learning.

We are looking to appoint an exceptional practitioner with the responsibility for a key group within our nursery provision.  You will perform an important role caring for children and maintain a high-quality, stimulating learning environment.  You will be creative and reflective and able to implement new ideas and strategies to continually improve practice and work as part of the nursery team.

Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Information about our group of schools:

Mason Moor is a 1-form-entry primary in Millbrook – on the west side of the city. We serve an increasingly diverse population on the doorstep of the General Hospital. Over 55% of our children receive free school meals.

St. Mary’s is a 3-form-entry primary that serves the St Mary’s ward of Southampton’s City Centre. Our demographics are very different – of 612 pupils, over 81% speak English as a second language. Almost 60% of our children are eligible for free school meals. Our families travel distances across the world before arriving.

Valentine is a 3-form-entry primary that sits in Sholing – east of the city. It is a large primary school of almost 600 pupils from Reception to Year 6. Over half of the pupils attending are in receipt of free school meals
